Sleeping room reservation for the 2011 Gathering will be accepted until Saturday, April 30, 2011, 12pm EDT. After this date the group will be subject to hotel availability. The group rate is $95 per night plus 12% tax. The cancellation policy at the Hilton Stamford is 24 hours prior to arrival.
