Sleeping room reservations for the Assembly will be accepted until July 12, 2010.  After this date the group rate will be subject to hotel availability.  The group rate is $142 per night plus 15% tax.  The Hyatt Regency Dallas requires a first nights deposit to guarantee your room.  Your credit card will be charged $163.30 per room reserved.  Cancellations received 24 hours prior to arrival will receive a refund of the deposit amount.
