Welcome to the NACAR Registration site.  You may register for both the Conference and for your sleeping room by clicking the Register button below.  Please complete a separate registration form for each person attending.  If you require payment by check please contact the Registrar.  Conference registrations will be accepted until May 21, 2012.  In the event of a cancellation, a $75 processing fee will apply.  Cancellations will be accepted until May 21, 2012, cancellations received after this date will not receive a refund.  Registrations are transferable.

Sleeping room requests will be accepted until May 9, 2012.  Reservations made after this date cannot be guaranteed at the conference rate.  The NACAR room rate is $89.00 per night plus 12% tax.  The credit card you provide will be used to guarantee your reservation. Notify the Registrar of room cancellations 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid penalty.

***DOUBLE/DOUBLE ROOMS ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE. The Single King rooms have a king bed and a Queen Sleeper Sofa.

Pre-Conference Sessions are offered on Friday afternoon from 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm.  Each is limited to 50 people per session and are an additional $35.00 per person.

April 2, 2012 at 12:00 pm CST and After- NACAR Members $400; Others $450

Should you have ten people, who are not NACAR members, that would like to register together under one contact person's name and email, please contact the Nix Registrar directly.  Each person in the group will receive a rebate of $25.00 following the Conference, provided that all ten people paid their registration fees and attended.
