Please read the Exhibit Regulations for complete information about exhibiting. Full payment must be made by credit card to ensure your booth placement. Booth placement is reserved on a first come first served basis. 

Organizations participating in the 2012 Service Directory may submit their applications prior to August 15th. Non service directory organizations may submit their applications on August 15th. To learn more about becoming part of the 2012 Service Directory. Exhibit Space Applications will be accepted through September 17th or until all space has been sold. A confirmation email will be sent to your organization once space has been assigned.

Exhibit Schedule:

Set Up: Tuesday, October 16, 11:00 am- 3:00 pm

Open: Tuesday, October 16, 3:00 pm-4:45 pm and 6:30 pm- 8:30 pm

Open: Wednesday, October 17, 7:00 am- 8:30 am, 10:30 am- 11:00 am, Lunch 12:30 pm- 2:00pm, 3:30 pm- 4:00 pm

Open: Thursday, October 18, 7:00 am- 8:30 am, 10:30 am- 11:00 am

Teardown: Thursday, October 18, 11:00 am- 4:00 pm.
