Registrations for the 2013 Community Assembly will be accepted until Friday, February 15, 2013.

The rate for a double/single occupancy room is $110.00 per night, plus 13.00% tax.  The Crowne Plaza Chicago O'Hare requires a credit card upon check in for incidentals.

The hotel will honor sleeping room cancellations received 48 hours prior to arrival, cancellations after this time will not receive a refund.
