2013 RCRI Exhibitor Registration

Please read the Exhibit Regulations for complete information about exhibiting. Full payment must be made by credit card to ensure your booth placement. Booth placement is reserved on a first come first served basis. 

Organizations participating in the 2013 Service Directory may submit their applications prior to July 31st. Non service directory organizations may submit their applications on July 31st. To learn more about becoming part of the 2013 Service Directory please contact Sabrina Hildago at shidalgo@trcri.org. Exhibit Space fees will increase on August 26th. Exhibit Space Applications will be accepted through September 20th or until all space has been sold. A confirmation email will be sent to your organization once space has been assigned.

Set Up: Tuesday, October 22, 11:00 am- 3:00 pm

Open: Tuesday, October 22, 3:00 pm-4:45 pm and 6:30 pm- 8:30 pm

Open: Wednesday, October 23, 7:00 am- 8:30 am, 10:30 am- 11:00 am, Lunch 12:30 pm- 2:00pm, 3:30 pm- 4:00 pm

Open: Thursday, October 24, 7:00 am- 8:30 am, 10:30 am- 11:00 am

Teardown: Thursday, October 24, 11:00 am- 4:00 pm.
