Registrations for the 2014 assembly will be accepted until Friday, December 20th, 2013.

Travel days to and from the Assembly are planned for April 22nd and April 26th.

The rate for a double/single occupancy room is $109.00 per room, per night, plus 16.4% tax.  The Chicago Marriott O'Hare Hotel requires a debit/credit card upon check in for incidentals (personal expenses).

The hotel will honor sleeping room cancellations received 72 hours prior to arrival, cancellations after this time will not receive a refund.
