Please note we have sold out of rooms for the night of August 11th at the Gaylord Opryland. We will reserve a reservation for you at the Inn at Opryland for Monday night and your reservation will be transfered to the Opryland on the 12th.

Sleeping room reservations for the 2014 Assembly will be accepted by the hotel until Thursday, July 3, 2014, 4:00 pm CST.

The rate for a double/single occupancy room is $139.00 plus tax and $2.50 city tax per night.

Please note taxes are subject to change.  The Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center requires a credit card upon check in.

The hotel will honor sleeping room cancellations received 24 hours prior to arrival.  Cancellations after this time will not receive a refund.  Please submit your cancellation request in writing to registrar@nixassoc.com.
