Please note that late fees for Convocation and Pre-Convocation workshops will apply to any registrations received after October 1, 2014.  Cancellation of your convocation registration must be received in writing before October 1, 2014 for a full refund, less a $100.00 processing fee. Cancellations received after October 1, 2014 will not receive a refund. Those who wish to register after October 20, 2014 will need to contact the NRVC Registrar at 314-645-1455. These registrations will be considered on an availability basis.

This includes all Convocation sessions, workshops, opening reception, three lunches, morning breaks and closing banquet.

$100 One time commuter fee (NRVC is contractually obligated to meet contracted occupancy levels with the hotel. Those staying at the hotel reduce the overall cost of the hotel expenses through their room fees. Those choosing to commute are asked to help with these hotel expenses through a one time commuter fee.)

Sleeping room reservations for the 2014 Conference will be accepted by the hotel until Monday, October 20, 2014, 4:00 pm CST. Reservations made after this date may not be guaranteed a room and may not be eligible for the group rate.

The rate for a double/single occupancy room is $115.00 per night, plus tax. The Marriott Hotel O'Hare requires a credit card upon check in.

For all registered guests and local attendees, self-parking is available for $18.00 daily, $26.00 overnight parking, $11.00 on Saturdays and Sundays. Parking rates are subject to change.
