Please read the Exhibit Regulations for complete information about exhibiting. Full payment must be made by credit card to ensure your booth placement. Booth placement is reserved on a first come first served basis.

For Profit Organization-
Booth Price: $1,700.00
Additional Staff: $475.00
Not-For Profit Organization-
Booth Price: $1,500.00
Additional Staff: $450.00

Exhibit Space fees will increase on September 5, 2014.

For Profit Organization-
Booth Price: $1,775.00
Additional Staff: $525.00
Not-For Profit Organization-
Booth Price: $1,575.00
Additional Staff: $500.00

Exhibit Space Applications will be accepted through October 10, 2014 or until all space has been sold. A confirmation email will be sent to your organization once space has been assigned.

Set Up: Tuesday, November 4, 11:00 am- 3:00 pm

Open: Tuesday, November 4, 3:00 pm-4:45 pm and 6:30 pm- 8:30 pm

Open: Wednesday, November 5, 7:00 am- 8:30 am, 10:30 am- 11:00 am, Lunch 12:30 pm- 2:00pm, 3:30 pm- 4:00 pm

Open: Thursday, November 6, 7:00 am- 8:30 am, 10:30 am- 11:00 am

Teardown: Thursday, November 6, 11:00 am- 4:00 pm
