Please read the Exhibit Regulations for complete information about exhibiting. Full payment must be made by credit card to ensure your booth placement. Booth placement is reserved on a first come first served basis.
Organizations participating in the 2010 Service Directory may submit their applications prior to July 5th. Non Service Directory Organizations may submit their applications after the 5th. To learn more about becoming part of the 2010 Service Directory, contact Sr. Rita Waters at the RCRI office, rwaters@trcri.org or 301-589-8143. Exhibit Space Applications will be accpeted through August 17th or until all space has been sold. A confirmation email will be sent to your organization once space has been assigned.

SETUP: Tuesday, September 14, 11:00 am- 3:00 pm
OPEN: Tuesday, September 14. 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm and 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm
OPEN: Wednesday, September 15, 7:30 am - 8:30 am, 10:30 am - 11:00 am, Noon Break, 3:30 pm - 4:00 pm
OPEN: Thursday, September 16, 7:30 am - 8:30 am, 10:30 am - 11:00 am
TEARDOWN: Thursday, September 16, 11:00 am - 4:00 am
***Attendees will be free after 5:30 pm on Wednesday Sept. 15th and Thursday September 16th at Lunch Time and after 5:30 pm***
